Group medical (including an association plan for New York agents only)
PIA offers a variety of outstanding medical plans through several companies. PIA will work with you to find a plan that best meets your agency’s needs. Our dedicated, experienced staff provides you with assistance with enrollments, claims, billing issues, renewals and any administrative need you may have. Additionally you will have personal access to our knowledgeable staff for up to the minute Health Care Reform information.
Dental plans are available to employers of two or more eligible employees. Plan options include preventative, basic and major services.
Group term life
No one can predict and few can afford the unanticipated expense that comes with the death of a family wage earner. This life insurance is available with guaranteed issue amounts up to three times your salary. This plan also provides dependent coverage, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, portability; accelerated death benefit, survivor support and worldwide travel assistance.
Group long-term disability
This guaranteed issue long-term disability coverage protects you and your employees in the event of serious accident or illness. The plan may provide up to $11,000 of an employee’s monthly compensation. Benefit highlights include own occupation protection and work site modification benefit.
